1. Go to Settings
Log in and go to Settings ➡ Invoicing ➡ Invoice Customization.
2. Logo and Footer
Click Browse to upload the logo image stored on your computer. You can also add a footer with text to appear on every invoice (e.g. banking details, email, codes etc).
3. Add additional details
You can add specific invoice notes to a client’s details that will appear on all their invoices (e.g. fiscal code, SSN, insurance code etc). Select a Client File ➡ Client Details ➡ Edit Client ➡ Invoice Notes.
You can also change the provider number for the practitioner that will appear on the invoice under Settings ➡ Team Members ➡ Select Team Member ➡ Details ➡ Provider Number.
