How to Join a Webinar?

Here are some quick tips to help you join an eNoteFile Webinar.

Click here to register for a webinar. You can change the language and timezone on the registration page.

Change language at bottom of registration page:

Change timezone:

Note: If you are having trouble changing the timezone on mobile, try switching to desktop view in your browser options:

E.g. Chrome on Android

Check your email and click the link

After registering for a webinar, you’ll receive a reminder email 1 hour before the webinar starts. Click on the link in your email to join the webinar.

Download and Run Webinar App

Click on and run Webinar App to get access on your desktop. The Webinar App is also available at Apple and Android Store.

Once you have installed the Webinar App, it should automatically connect you to the current webinar. Enter your details to join.

Note: If you are unable to join the webinar

Download the Webinar App for your device (see below) and then follow the email link. Alternatively, if you are still having difficulty joining the webinar: Go to Test Webinar to check your webinar connection. Go to zoom.us if you are having difficulty downloading the app.
