You can adjust the price of an item manually on an invoice by changing the value in unit price. You can also add a discounted version of a product in the settings or use a 'discount' product type (negative amount) to apply a discount (Settings ➡ Invoicing ➡ Products).
You can then enter a negative amount to apply to the invoice (Example -$20.00).
